Our brain and body work as one organism, and unprocessed emotions can manifest in the body as physical symptoms. Stagnant emotions and trauma can be the underlying cause of many physical symptoms, aches, pains and dis-ease. Often these aches and pains become recurring and chronic in order to gain our attention, so that we may address and heal them.
This is a report to help you understand which emotions are causing the issue in your body, and you will be supplied with questions to reflect on in order to help acknowledge and heal the trauma.
