My exact process and method I created with my kids, to process emotion from the body. This has been taught to clients, and with so much success - I created it into a simple 10 step process that kids find fun and relaxing, instead of overwhelming. 
 
Processing emotion from the body increases emotional intelligence, builds a life long skill, ensures that the nervous system isnt carrying extra unresolved stress, which creates behaviour changes & physical symptoms (like allergies, eczema, asthma and other physical + autoimmune conditions that can all result from unresolved emotion).
