A 3 month container (which includes the Shape Shift Experience MasterClass). We start at the end of May, and focus on building the skills of transitioning from water, to land and air. 
We learn our depths, and start to actively build and create the life of our desires on land. We become strong swimmers for the water, we become great at getting onto land and growing legs, and become well versed in the act of transitioning.. and seeing where we need to stretch, grow and where our work is to create our desires on the land, without re-creating old patterns subconsciously.
